I started using TripIt to manage my travel itineraries about 6 months ago and could not be happier! It's awesome to be able quickly look up all the relevant information about my trip from my phone. It's neatly organized with helpful links for addresses (hotels), phone-numbers, flight numbers, and everything else you'd want to know. The best part is to make your itinerary you just forward you confirmation emails to plans@tripit.com and they do the rest. Could not be easier.
TripIt is one of those tools that I wish I had 6 years ago! When I look back at my years as a road warrior and I consider all the time and energy I spend booking, organizing and keeping track of my travel plans it is obvious how inefficient my methods were. Had I been able to use TripIt my productivity would have increased and I would easily have been able to let my friends and family know of my plans. Going forward every trip I take, business or pleasure, will be organized through my TripIt account.
